Recovery Services

Sober Companionship

I offer around-the-clock, in-person support for clients going through high-risk or high-transition periods—whether it’s the first days out of treatment, the stress of returning home, or the unpredictable terrain of early recovery. I’m there to help with emotional regulation, relapse prevention, crisis response, and the kind of structured accountability that only presence can provide. In moments when everything feels uncertain, I show up—calm, grounded, and committed to staying the course alongside you.

Medical Leave Coordination

When a client needs to step away from school or work to focus on recovery, I manage the entire process—from documentation and advocacy to re-entry planning. I coordinate with treatment providers, academic institutions, or HR departments to ensure that medical leaves are not just approved, but set up for long-term success. As the client prepares to return, I help craft a reintegration plan that supports emotional stability, relapse prevention, and sustainable momentum—so the transition back isn’t just possible, it’s purposeful.

Case Management

I serve as the connective tissue between therapists, psychiatrists, legal teams, academic institutions, and treatment centers—ensuring that every stakeholder is informed, aligned, and accountable. As an advocate for both the client and their family, I monitor progress, troubleshoot obstacles, and coordinate care with a focus on meaningful outcomes. My role is to hold the system together: consistent communication, clear planning, and practical follow-through—so nothing falls through the cracks, and healing stays on track.

Transitional Support

Whether stepping down from inpatient care, moving between levels of treatment, or starting the recovery journey for the first time, transitions can be overwhelming. I offer hands-on guidance to help clients and families navigate these critical junctures. From making trusted referrals and securing placements to coordinating travel and preparing for next steps, I ensure each move is thoughtful, supported, and clinically sound. Change doesn’t have to mean chaos—with the right help, it can mean progress.

Family Systems Coaching

I believe recovery doesn’t happen in isolation—it unfolds within the relationships that shape us. My family support coaching provides education, structure, and compassionate guidance to help families navigate a loved one’s recovery process. Together, we work to repair ruptured trust, reestablish healthy boundaries, and build new patterns of connection. Often, the entire family system needs healing—and that’s where the real work begins.

Monitoring & Accountability

For clients who need added structure, I offer discreet and compassionate oversight to help keep recovery on track. This can include daily check-ins, urinalysis coordination, schedule reviews, and behavioral accountability. It’s not about surveillance—it’s about support. My goal is to create a steady rhythm of responsibility and trust, especially in those early stages when consistency matters most.
